Seller refers to the website owner (Peacefield Titanium, LLC) – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.
Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.
Goods or services refers to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order for with the seller.
All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal as a form of payment.
Our standard shipping within the USA and International is USPS First-class. Standard Domestic shipping is FREE. We can ship Express if requested. ($20 fee) Tracking and insurance is included with every purchase.
All taxes and/or custom/duty charges are the buyers responsibility.
Shipping within the US usually takes 3-5 days: International shipping is usually 10-14 days. If you need this ring quickly we do offer an express shipping option.
If an item is lost during shipping, a new item will be shipped (at NO cost to the buyer) or the total cost of the item including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may increase if shipping internationally or on rush orders. Offer for Free Shipping in the USA does not apply to any orders shipped outside of the USA. Additional shipping will be charged for orders shipped outside of USA. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible. The seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies the buyer. If there are any issues with your shipment please contact us.
We gladly accept exchanges: Titanium cannot be resized which is why we offer the exchange option.
Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. Returns may be subject to a restock fee.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I do not accept returns for incorrect size ordered.
I charge $50 plus shipping for all exchanges.
You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping charges incurred for returned merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer.

An order may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once the payment is processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment.
Any complaints about items or the seller should be submitted to our support team. Please email: email@example.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually and the seller will be in contact.
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
Any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the site owner's state.
